Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Content Director, Art Leads, and production leadership to define and manage the Content Design and Environment roadmap.
  • •Translate the environmental and spatial vision into structured deliverables and milestones for level designers and environment artists.
  • •Coordinate cross-disciplinary leads (Tech Design, Lighting, Tech Art, VFX, QA) to ensure technical, visual, and performance alignment.
  • •Oversee daily and long-term scheduling and track asset iteration from white-box/layout through material passes and final polish to meet quality standards.
  • •Identify and mitigate risks across world scope, technical memory budgets, asset streaming dependencies, and world-scale complexity.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in production or project management in games, supporting World Design, Level Design, or Environment Art teams.
  • •Strong understanding of world-building pipelines from white-boxing and modular asset integration through lighting and technical optimization.
  • •Experience supporting art and engineering teams in a AAA development environment.
  • •Ability to bridge communication between creative environment artists and technical software/engineering teams.
  • •Strong organizational skills creating, tracking, and updating detailed production schedules using tools like Jira, Confluence, or ShotGrid.
