Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, maintain, and own the vision and detailed feature roadmap for C3 AI SaaS product(s).
  • •Create and maintain detailed product specification documentation and ensure high user experience quality and customer satisfaction/QA.
  • •Develop market positioning and customer targeting/segmentation; create differentiated collateral including customer testimonials and case studies.
  • •Build deep understanding of C3 AI applications to clearly communicate technical capabilities and business impact to customers.
  • •Support pre-sales activities (trials and pilots), advise internally on product success, collaborate with Customer Success, and communicate proactively with customers; travel 25%+ to customer sites.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of work experience in asset performance (reliability, optimization) and product management roles.
  • •Fluent understanding of advanced asset performance management concepts (e.g., yield prediction and optimization) and related user persona requirements.
  • •Experience in, or supporting, complex manufacturing or energy businesses.
  • •Bachelor of Science in a STEM field (MBA or Master of Science preferred).
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with strong problem-solving and prioritization.
