Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support all HR functions for the Distribution Center, including recruiting, onboarding, compensation, employee relations, training, and development.
  • •Standardize and implement new HR policies, procedures, and best practices in partnership with the Sr. HR Manager.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related issues, handling investigations and administering disciplinary action.
  • •Develop and execute initiatives to boost engagement and satisfaction using regular surveys, feedback sessions, and action plans.
  • •Track HR KPIs and metrics, apply data-driven insights to talent retention and development, and ensure fair, consistent, and compliant application of HR policies while maintaining accurate HR records.

Key Requirements
