Key Responsibilities

•Lead the enterprise planning cycle, including long-range plan, corporate model, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts.
•Deliver monthly/quarterly performance reporting to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
•Build and lead financial analytics across subscriber economics, unit margins, and cost structures; modernize SF&A tools using AI and predictive modeling.
•Own commission and incentive compensation analytics, including accruals/forecasts and ROI reporting for incentive spend.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive team; prepare financial materials for Board meetings, investor relations updates, and earnings calls.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 260,000 - 340,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field (MBA and/or CFA is a strong plus, not required).
•10-15+ years progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally at a publicly-traded company.
•Proven track record leading Finance teams in a company with 5,000+ employees.
•Proven track record partnering with and influencing senior leadership.
•High proficiency in AI tools, business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau), and EPM/ERP ecosystems (e.g., Oracle, Anaplan, or similar).
