•Perform daily operational tasks including quality inspection, guidelines/process optimization, queue assignment, and handling escalations for evaluation projects.
•Work with stakeholders to stay updated on guideline developments and provide feedback on implementation and execution.
•Conduct daily audits on an internal system and provide error analysis and feedback to R&D & Product Manager stakeholders.
•Monitor evaluator quality scores, conduct root cause analysis with the management team, and monitor project data.
•Localize guidelines, design training schedules, coordinate stakeholder training and product knowledge tests, and deliver training to new joiners.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
•Fluency in German required; fluent English required for working language and communication with German markets.

•Experience in cross-functional work and stakeholder management.
•Experience in analysis and communication skills with flexibility.
