Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a forklift safely and follow company forklift rules and policies.
  • •Complete pre-shift startup equipment checklists and report any problems or concerns to a supervisor.
  • •Organize and stack raw materials and finished goods safely prior to converting and loading onto trucks for delivery.
  • •Read job tickets to locate units for each order, cut straps, prep units for the robotic feeder, and load the production line with the correct sheets.
  • •Maintain cleanliness by keeping strapping, scrap, and trash clear of conveyor lines and floor areas; assist with robotic feeder monitoring and end-of-shift cleanup, jams, and other production issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Forklift driving experience is required.
  • •Prior experience in the corrugated industry and moving floor-loaded materials is preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of basic math.
  • •Able to read and follow instructions on job tickets.
  • •Successfully complete the company’s forklift certification program and follow safety policies.
