Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager to ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time.
  • •Manage individual tasks throughout the construction process, including submittals, RFIs, and related workflows.
  • •Assist with proposal preparation for new projects and variations to existing projects.
  • •Establish and support project governance processes, systems, and effective information sharing/retention.
  • •Support reporting, meeting activities (minutes and action items), and cost/spending tracking through project cost/EVM systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Recent graduate with less than two years of industry experience (0–2 years).
  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business.
  • •Assist the Project Manager to deliver projects to the right quality standards on time and efficiently.
  • •Manage construction-process tasks including submittals and RFI processes and help with proposal preparation for new projects or variations.
  • •Support project governance, reporting, and project cost tracking, including maintaining project cost/EVM systems.
