•Monitor and evaluate key operation metrics (user experience, pain points, coverage areas, pricing) and provide actionable insights with proposed action plans.
•Implement dashboards to track KPIs and assess commercial opportunities vs. competitors, and monitor trade calendar performance.
•Lead data structuring and analysis projects to support Commercial and Operations teams.
•Develop dashboards, automated reports, and high-level presentations to visualize business results for leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields
•2+ years in business analytics, BI, consulting or similar analytical roles
•Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and presentation software
•Proven experience in Analytics, SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
•Ability to understand the big picture and how data drives profitability and user experience
