Job Summary

Inspect containers and lids to ensure they meet Amcor quality standards, reject substandard products, and monitor molds for irregularities. Assemble products by installing gaskets and other required components, flame containers when required, and stack and pack items per customer instructions. Maintain accurate identification/labels and complete required paperwork while keeping the work area safe, clean, and organized. Support cleaning and material-handling tasks during production interruptions.

Key Responsibilities

•Visually inspect containers and lids to ensure quality and set aside products that fall below standards.
•Monitor molds for irregularities or sticking and respond promptly to quality issues.
•Assemble products by installing required gaskets/parts while maintaining production machine pace.
•Flame containers and lids when required, then stack and pack products per varying customer/order instructions.
•Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area and assist with cleaning and material-handling tasks as assigned.

•Complete assembly steps (e.g., install gaskets in lids and handles) while keeping up with production machine cycles.
•Work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and overtime.
