Job Summary

The E-Merchandiser supports Hermes’ digital merchandising efforts by optimizing metier strategies, managing e-store performance, and enhancing omnichannel offerings. S/he leads sales strategy for assigned metiers, monitors product KPIs, collaborates with the Digital Group and Retail teams, and helps evolve the online catalog and stock management on a 15-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

•E-Store Performance Analysis: Prepare comprehensive performance reports to assist the team in developing robust e-catalogue strategies.
•E-Merchandising Operations: Lead the sales strategy and performance for assigned metiers; support e-store buying during Podium; monitor product offer KPIs and balance of sales mix.
•Product Display & Web Content Development: Drive sales by ensuring correct products published on site; collaborate with E-Visual Merchandisers to optimize product grid layouts.
•Networking & Collaboration: Coordinate with Hermès Group Digital Department and local Retail Merchandising Team, Communication Team, and Stores to enhance the brand site’s role.
•Others: Provide ad-hoc support for Digital Assistant tasks in early months.

Key Requirements

•Experience: 5–10 years in E-Merchandising preferred, diverse digital career valued
•Analytical skills: proficiency in data analysis, advanced Excel, dashboards, and e-commerce software
•Industry knowledge: strong interest in luxury/fashion industries
•Team player: collaborative with a humble spirit
•Communication: excellent communication and interpersonal skills
