Job Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service while creating and maintaining high-quality floral arrangements for Marks & Spencer. Provide expert advice on flower selection, plants, freshness, pricing, and promotions, handle customer enquiries and basic complaints, and build customer loyalty. Support daily florist operations by replenishing displays, preparing accurate orders, maintaining cleanliness and visual standards, and removing poor-quality products. Assist with deliveries, inventory management, stock counts, and waste reduction to meet availability and sales targets.

Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Greet and assist customers, providing accurate advice on flower selection, arrangement options, plant care, freshness, pricing, and promotions.
•Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints, escalating issues when needed.
•Replenish fresh flowers, bouquets, and gift-ready products while reviewing quality and maintaining displays throughout trading hours.
•Prepare customer orders accurately, including wrapping, packaging, and protecting floral items for collection or delivery.
•Receive deliveries and support inventory management, including stock counts, shrinkage control, waste reduction, and reporting supply or quality issues.

Key Requirements

•Experience in flower shops.
•Provide excellent customer service with friendly, professional customer interaction.
•Strong merchandising and replenishment skills with good attention to detail and organization.
•Basic inventory management and stock rotation knowledge.
•Good verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
