Job Summary

Provide timely, efficient handling of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of funds. Cross-trained to assist sales and service activities, including secondary support for new account openings and problem resolution, while following internal controls and risk management policies.

•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including leadership routines and required training.
