Job Summary

Senior Software Engineer – InfoSec at HD Supply will design, build, and maintain security-focused engineering solutions that monitor and protect our global tech landscape. Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and deploy robust solutions for continuous monitoring, telemetry, and anomaly detection in cloud and hybrid environments
•Develop custom tools, automation scripts, and dashboards that support InfoSec operations, compliance testing, and system assurance
•Collaborate with architecture, security, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and translate them into secure and scalable solutions
•Implement rule-based alerting and reports to detect and track control failures and potential security incidents
•Conduct design and code reviews with a focus on secure coding practices and operational readiness

Key Requirements

•4-7 years of experience in software engineering, security engineering, or a related technical role
•Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Maven, GitHub Actions)
•Proficiency in Python (preferred), Java, or Go for building automation, tooling, or platform services
•Hands-on experience with monitoring/telemetry tools (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Kibana) or SOAR platforms
•Deep understanding of secure software development principles and InfoSec best practices
