Job Summary

Lead delivery for Application Solutions, Cloud, and Security across enterprise engagements, driving growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Own portfolio financial performance, resource allocation, governance, and KPI reporting while executing large-scale application modernization, cloud transformation, and cybersecurity programs. Partner with Sales, Practice, and Delivery leadership to strengthen strategic client relationships, expand offerings, and support pre-sales solutioning and estimates.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure Applications, Cloud, and Security services are delivered according to agreed service definitions, contractual commitments, and business outcomes to drive client satisfaction.
•Execute the strategic vision for the Applications, Cloud, and Security delivery function, aligning delivery objectives to organizational business goals.
•Foster and maintain relationships with key strategic clients to meet needs and exceed expectations.
•Implement best practices, standards, processes, and KPIs to measure and improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
•Allocate resources, manage portfolio budgets, mitigate delivery risks, and drive delivery excellence by leading, coaching, and motivating teams.

Key Requirements

•Extensive leadership experience delivering Application Solutions, Cloud, Security, and Digital Transformation programs in technology services environments.
•Proven success leading large-scale applications, cloud, and security delivery organizations, including complex modernization and transformation initiatives.
•Strong knowledge of delivery models, transformation methodologies, governance frameworks, and industry best practices across Applications, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
•Exceptional leadership with the ability to lead, coach, and manage high-performing teams and geographically distributed delivery operations.
•Strong financial management experience covering portfolio performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability outcomes.
