Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Applications, Cloud, and Security services are delivered according to agreed service definitions, contractual commitments, and business outcomes to drive client satisfaction.
  • •Execute the strategic vision for the Applications, Cloud, and Security delivery function, aligning delivery objectives to organizational business goals.
  • •Foster and maintain relationships with key strategic clients to meet needs and exceed expectations.
  • •Implement best practices, standards, processes, and KPIs to measure and improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • •Allocate resources, manage portfolio budgets, mitigate delivery risks, and drive delivery excellence by leading, coaching, and motivating teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive leadership experience delivering Application Solutions, Cloud, Security, and Digital Transformation programs in technology services environments.
  • •Proven success leading large-scale applications, cloud, and security delivery organizations, including complex modernization and transformation initiatives.
  • •Strong knowledge of delivery models, transformation methodologies, governance frameworks, and industry best practices across Applications, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
  • •Exceptional leadership with the ability to lead, coach, and manage high-performing teams and geographically distributed delivery operations.
  • •Strong financial management experience covering portfolio performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability outcomes.
