  • •Receive tech packages and prepare/review samples with the factory.
  • •Communicate product, shipping, tracking, material ideas, and issues between factory and overseas team.
  • •Support tracking reports and shipping documents.
  • •Build and guide tech system confirmation specs and ensure confirmed tech packages are accurate and on schedule to support development timelines, while meeting product quality standards.

  • •At least 5-6 years working experience in the shoe industry for Development.
  • •Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD).
