Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with New Product Introduction teams to release documentation to Honeywell manufacturing sites and third-party EMS.
  • •Support profitability targets through process optimization and cost management.
  • •Arrange creation and release of new product variants to meet production and customer delivery dates.
  • •Manage engineering change requests and ensure they are technically feasible and implemented promptly.
  • •Develop and improve processes to translate customer configuration requirements into production programming systems, including coordination of prototypes and pilot builds; coordinate with engineering, production, and quality to address customer complaints.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-level qualification in Electronics or Physics related subjects.
  • •HNC/HND or equivalent.
  • •5 years in electronics/RF technical operation and maintenance.
  • •Experience in production engineering of mid to high volume electronic products.
  • •Experience developing product processes for reliability and/or sustaining engineering for mid to high volume electronic products.
