Lead FedRAMP program for Freshworks’ SaaS offerings, owning readiness, ATO and continuous monitoring. Manage 3PAO/advisor interactions and agency conversations, with a path from FedRAMP Moderate to FedRAMP High as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the FedRAMP program from readiness through ATO and continuous monitoring.
•Develop the overall FedRAMP ATO strategy, roadmap, execution plan, WBS, milestones, and executive reporting model.
•Lead FedRAMP Moderate authorization with a path to High for future ATO.
•Define and manage the federation authorization boundary for the cloud service offering.
•Partner with Security, Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and GTM teams to align FedRAMP requirements with business needs.
•Translate FedRAMP requirements into clear workstreams, owners, deliverables, deadlines, and measurable outcomes.
•Maintain executive visibility into program status, risks, decisions, blockers, and funding needs.
•Own the development and maintenance of the FedRAMP authorization package (SSP, SAP, SAR, POA&M, control narratives, policies, procedures, diagrams, and evidence).
•Coordinate readiness assessments, gap assessments, 3PAO engagement, and agency review materials.
•Own POA&M process for FedRAMP findings; drive remediation across Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, IT, and Product teams.
•Partner with Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity to implement FedRAMP controls in a SaaS environment.
•Build and operate the FedRAMP continuous monitoring program post-authorization; manage evidence collection and reporting.
•Provide executive-level communications and reporting that tie FedRAMP work to trust, revenue opportunities, and risk reduction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 205,000 - 255,000 annually
