Job Summary

Operate wet-blending and line systems to stage and blend raw materials according to batch sheets and process manuals. Perform CIP on line circuits and blend tanks/silos, manage piping and tank connections, and record weights, lot numbers, and QC checks to produce GMP-compliant, QC-approved ingredients. Use FIX/Qset interfaces and Excel reporting tools, operate heating/cooling modes, and maintain sanitation by cleaning equipment. Forklift operation is included.

Key Responsibilities

•Stage and blend ingredients by following batch sheets and recipes to achieve QC-approved products.
•Set up line circuit and tank piping connections, including transfers and lime slurry addition/pumping systems.
•Perform CIP of line circuits and blend tanks/silos by using CIP recipes, cycles, and chemicals; wash and CIP liquifier.
•Operate computer systems (FIX operator interface, Qset) and use Excel for reporting and tracking historical trends.
•Sanitize and clean equipment per the sanitation manual and follow GMP program rules; operate forklift.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•Good working knowledge of arithmetic and confidence using it.
•Ability to write clearly and legibly and read/understand written instructions from supervisors.
•Strict adherence to company policies and ability to use common sense in daily decisions.
•Physical capability to stand/walk regularly, climb stairs/ladders, and lift product up to 55 pounds (with occasional lifting above).
