Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor the engineering organization responsible for the Harness AI Software Delivery Platform, ensuring high-quality, scalable software delivery.
•Drive reliability, performance, and security across the software delivery lifecycle, including testing, deployments, and governance.
•Partner with product, security, and finance teams to optimize costs and ensure compliance while maintaining rapid release velocity.
•Define technical strategy and execution plans, establish best practices for engineering excellence, and scale the team as the company grows.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple offices to align on goals, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of engineering leadership experience guiding software delivery or platform teams
•Proven track record shipping large-scale software systems with a focus on reliability and security
•Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners (security, compliance, cost optimization)
•Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams in a fast-growing environment
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
