Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor the engineering organization responsible for the Harness AI Software Delivery Platform, ensuring high-quality, scalable software delivery.
  • •Drive reliability, performance, and security across the software delivery lifecycle, including testing, deployments, and governance.
  • •Partner with product, security, and finance teams to optimize costs and ensure compliance while maintaining rapid release velocity.
  • •Define technical strategy and execution plans, establish best practices for engineering excellence, and scale the team as the company grows.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple offices to align on goals, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of engineering leadership experience guiding software delivery or platform teams
  • •Proven track record shipping large-scale software systems with a focus on reliability and security
  • •Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners (security, compliance, cost optimization)
  • •Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams in a fast-growing environment
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
