Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure data quality and troubleshoot cross-platform integration issues across registration, training, and progress-tracking systems.
  • •Configure cohort setup: create TalentLMS branches, groups, and permissions; set up cohorts in the WordPress registration portal; update forms (WPForms) and payment methods.
  • •Run cohort lifecycle support: create weekly Salesforce progress reports, export course and end-of-term results, and release reports via TalentLMS user fields.
  • •Develop and maintain automations to identify and resolve synchronization issues between TalentLMS and Salesforce, using Zapier and Salesforce Flow.
  • •Provide general systems support, including course quality assurance in the LMS and coordinating with HR and IT teams on system impacts.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of experience in the IT field working in systems integration.
  • •B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or similar.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • •Strong organizational skills, including time management and prioritization across multiple deadlines.
  • •Systems knowledge working with tools such as TalentLMS, Salesforce Flow, WordPress, Zapier, and Woo Commerce (TalentLMS preferred but not required).
