Global Director Talent Acquisition (Flexible work location)

Lead Alcoa’s global Talent Acquisition function and strengthen the talent supply by shaping attraction and hiring strategies across operations and enterprise roles. Reporting to the Global Organizational Development Director, you will manage a geographically dispersed organization via regional and functional TA leaders, drive global recruitment performance, evolve the TA operating model, and use talent intelligence, analytics, and emerging technologies (including AI) to anticipate future capability needs.
