Showroom Manager

Lead day-to-day operations of a 9,000 sq ft Bath, Kitchen & Lighting showroom in Corpus Christi, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and process efficiencies. Supervise and develop a team of four associates, oversee showroom traffic, and assist customers by appointment and walk-in. Manage budgets and expenses, resolve customer complaints, build relationships with suppliers, and represent Ferguson locally by attending industry events.
