Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with property and planning analysis to support estate strategies for major NHS Trusts and public sector organisations.
  • •Contribute to development appraisals, business cases, and investment strategies for healthcare and life sciences infrastructure.
  • •Support agency services including property disposals, acquisitions, and lettings.
  • •Help provide consultancy advice on leases, ownership and legal title occupation.
  • •Assist qualified surveyors with preparation and delivery of Red Book valuations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience of, or a genuine interest in, building a career in property consultancy, estate strategy, valuation, development, or transactions.
  • •Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information professionally.
  • •A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in real estate (or equivalent) accredited by RICS.
  • •Confidence in supporting workshop preparation, stakeholder engagement and project meetings.
  • •Enthusiasm for developing client relationships and delivering high-quality professional advice.
