Job Summary

Provide functional SAP SD (order-to-cash) support for Sales & Distribution across SAP ECC and S/4HANA. Troubleshoot OTC incidents, analyze root causes, monitor IDocs/batch jobs, and support end-to-end processes from order management through billing, credit management, returns, and rebates. Configure pricing/output determination, delivery/billing, credit management, and partner determination; support WRICEF custom developments; and assist ECC-to-S/4HANA transition, including data validation and testing (unit/integration/UAT) with documentation and release/transport coordination.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across OTC processes; analyze root causes and implement permanent fixes.
•Support end-to-end SAP SD order-to-cash processes including order management, pricing, delivery/shipping, billing, credit management, returns, and rebates.
•Monitor and resolve issues related to IDocs, batch jobs, pricing errors, and interface failures.
•Perform SAP ECC/S/4HANA SD configuration (pricing, output determination, credit management, delivery/billing, copy controls, partner determination) and support WRICEF developments with ABAP teams.
•Assist S/4HANA transition efforts by validating migration data objects, supporting brownfield/greenfield approaches, coordinating test scenarios (unit/integration/UAT), and maintaining functional documentation and release/transport support.

Key Requirements

•Provide functional support for SAP SD order-to-cash processes across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
•Troubleshoot OTC incidents and analyze root causes to implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
•Monitor and support IDocs, batch jobs, pricing errors, and interface failures, including end-to-end SD coverage (order management through billing and credit).
•Perform configuration for SD areas (pricing/condition types, output determination, delivery and billing, credit management, copy/partner determination) and support custom developments in coordination with ABAP teams.
•Support S/4HANA transition activities (brownfield/greenfield), validate migration objects, adapt to S/4HANA innovations, and execute testing including UAT.
