Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
  • •Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
  • •Improve product decisions using data, feedback, research, and production issues.
  • •Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations with speed/UX/business/compliance trade-offs.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or similar role.
  • •Strong product sense and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
  • •Able to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
  • •Comfortable with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
  • •High ownership and strong stakeholder management, with clear writing and prioritization skills.
