Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide sales, processing, operational, administrative and customer service support to Investment Relationship Managers.
  • •Make and track appointments and prepare investment proposals/reviews and routine correspondence.
  • •Organize paper flow, maintain client files and supplies, and answer phones/open and disseminate mail in accordance with record-keeping requirements.
  • •Assist business development by meeting with existing or new prospects and contacting existing clients to review relationships.
  • •Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns/business development seminars and partner with internal departments on joint business initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • •Five or more years of investment industry experience preferred.
  • •FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63 and 65/or 66 registrations and life, variable life, health and disability licenses.
  • •Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically investment advisory and brokerages services and associated regulatory requirements.
  • •Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, prioritization, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
