Supervisor, Welding (Starship) - Day Shift

Supervise the Starship launch projects welding team by developing welding procedures, selecting materials, controlling weld quality, and ensuring compliance with welding codes and standards. Lead daily execution by planning and scheduling work, assigning tasks, reviewing documentation and timekeeping, and communicating performance expectations. Provide personnel management and mentorship to junior welders, support hiring recommendations, and enforce site and personnel safety requirements.
