Job Summary

Join a cross-functional Product team to shape Aircall’s core product by translating customer feedback into roadmap-ready improvements. You’ll validate pain points with customers, synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals into clear opportunities, and partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Go-to-market to align on requirements and tradeoffs. You’ll also analyze usage/performance data, support monitoring via metrics and dashboards, and help with Knowledge Base and product demos.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet with customers to gather feedback, discuss pain points, and validate potential improvements.
•Synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into product recommendations that shape the roadmap.
•Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to define requirements and prioritize enhancements for user experience and agent efficiency.
•Gather and synthesize usage and performance data from sources like interaction logs and analytics to identify patterns and opportunities.
•Research and help implement tools to track key product metrics, define KPIs, and support dashboards, alerts, and reports for ongoing monitoring.

Key Requirements

•Be a Master’s student from an engineering or business school or university.
•Fluent in English.
•Comfortable running customer conversations to gather feedback, ask good questions, and follow up.
•Be able to work across teams, align dependencies, and navigate tradeoffs with peers and stakeholders.
•Have at least one internship experience in a product or project team (plus) and knowledge of SaaS and product development cycles (plus).
