Finance Business Partner Lead, eCommerce - Vietnam & Philippines

Lead the Finance Business Partnering function for ByteDance’s e-commerce markets in Vietnam and the Philippines, owning budget planning, execution, and performance monitoring. Deliver bi-weekly and monthly financial analyses to drive management decision-making, provide strategic financial advisory for new initiatives, and oversee governance workflows like contract review and budget approvals. Continuously improve financial processes, models, and automation, while collaborating cross-functionally and running special projects and ad hoc analyses.
