Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, write, and execute manual test cases, scenarios, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, API, and performance testing.
  • •Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts and automation frameworks, including integration into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
  • •Design and run performance/load/stress/endurance/scalability tests, analyze bottlenecks, and recommend performance improvements.
  • •Prepare and maintain testing artifacts (test plans, cases, traceability matrices, execution reports, defect and summary reports) and provide quality/risk updates.
  • •Support UAT cycles, manage defects with reproduction steps, verify fixes via regression testing, and participate across SDLC phases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent education and work experience.
  • •6+ years of hands-on software quality control/testing experience.
  • •5+ years of hands-on manual testing experience (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end).
  • •2+ years of hands-on test automation experience (framework development, scripting, CI/CD integration).
  • •Professional certification such as ISTQB-CTFL or ISTQB-CTAL.
