Job Summary

Provide nursing care to a targeted patient group following established nursing regimes, under guidance of a preceptor, while adhering to QCHP competencies and JCI/Plan of Care policies. Deliver safe, evidence-based patient care, perform assessments, administer medications, vaccinations, and venous access, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes in a Qatar-based facility.

Key Responsibilities

•Identifies patient care outcomes and ensures timely delivery of care.
•Ensures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and regulatory requirements, and makes adjustments as needed.
•Performs basic assessment to determine normal vs. abnormal findings and plan care accordingly.
•Delivers safe, appropriate patient care using nursing process and administers medications/therapeutic agents.
•Maintains accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and collaborates with care teams to support patient safety.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
•Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing (required)
•Minimum 1 year in GCC (preferred)
•ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills is a requirement to be successful in this role
•Understanding and adherence to QCHP Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework and Joint Commission International standards
