Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and defend the integrations roadmap across ERP, HRIS, inventory/procurement, and industrial systems such as Sensors/IoT and SCADA.
  • •Own the external API as a product, including roadmap, versioning strategy, developer experience, and documentation.
  • •Partner with Partnerships on a scalable enablement program (documentation, sample workflows, patterns, reference architectures).
  • •Embed with the scrum team to define integration workflows and requirements and own delivery outcomes.
  • •Collaborate with core product and platform PMs to identify, sequence, and resolve integration dependencies across the product organization.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in Product Management, Technical Partnerships, Solutions Architecture, or Integrations leadership, with evidence of owning a roadmap.
  • •Experience building integrations that support a partner ecosystem using integrations and APIs third parties build on.
  • •Manufacturing or industrial operations context, understanding how maintenance and industrial workflows get done.
  • •Demonstrated ability to conduct independent market research and competitive analysis and translate findings into defensible prioritization decisions.
