Job Summary

Strategic Growth & Capture leadership for Anduril Space, owning end-to-end capture from shaping opportunities to proposal execution, while expanding existing relationships with NRO/IC/DoD, identifying new pursuits, and informing the product roadmap. You’ll work with customer leadership, product, engineering, and executives to deliver critical space capabilities and drive market growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate and capture business opportunities and grow the space-based capture pipeline by understanding client needs, programmatic roadmaps, and competitive landscape; manage continuous engagements with current and future clients and monitor buying cycles.
•Own and drive end-to-end capture lifecycle from opportunity shaping through proposal development and contract award, including both strategic concept development and tactical proposal/whitepaper writing.
•Grow existing business by partnering with engineering and program management to expand work with current clients and qualify new pursuits, leveraging partnerships to explore new areas.
•Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the NRO, IC, DoD, and space mission partners, including senior military and civilian government customers and industry partners.
•Inform product roadmap by translating client priorities into actionable priorities, milestones, and communications for internal stakeholders.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 191,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of relevant experience
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field
•Familiarity with target customers across the NRO and other key IC and DoD communities and a strong understanding of government acquisition
•Previous experience supporting space vehicle and space ground programs for NRO and other IC and DoD customers
•Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance (or ability to obtain) and willingness to spend time in secure environments
