Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the community’s day-to-day administrative operations under the Executive Director’s supervision.
  • •Assist with marketing efforts by supporting tours and collaborating with special events, health fairs, and local civic groups.
  • •Develop positive employee relations through incentives, recognition, teamwork, mutual respect, and effective communication.
  • •Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and meetings, and coordinating pre-employment screening (background checks and drug screens).
  • •Facilitate new hire orientation and verify I-9 documentation; be available for occasional weekend or holiday work.
