Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate failure analysis and reliability test equipment per current SOPs to support root-cause investigations of microelectronics failures.
  • •Document test results, observations, and data clearly and accurately according to prescribed procedures.
  • •Communicate and resolve test-related issues, collaborating closely with engineers and specialists.
  • •Support day-to-day Reliability Test Lab operations for Starlink in-sourced and custom microelectronics products.
  • •Assess, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on test equipment and perform hands-on tasks like sample prep, soldering, PCBA rework, and cross-sectioning as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •1+ years of experience working in a production, manufacturing, or technical laboratory environment.
  • •Experience executing microelectronics reliability work, including failure analysis and reliability test procedures.
  • •Familiarity with reliability test standards such as JEDEC, IPC, or AEC-Q200 and environmental testing like thermal cycling and humidity.
