Job Summary

Lead the development, execution, and launch of new USA&C Ready-to-Drink (RTD) products. Own product innovation strategies and roadmaps, including P&L forecasting, while partnering with consumer insights to identify market “white spaces.” Guide cross-functional teams across R&D, supply chain, project management, and production, and collaborate with commercial teams on go-to-market and commercialization. Present innovation strategies to senior leaders to secure resources and deliver on ambitious timelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute RTD product innovation strategies, visions, and roadmaps aligned to business goals, including P&L forecasting.
•Partner with consumer insights to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, market analyses, competitive assessments, and translate findings into new product pipelines.
•Collaborate with brand management communication to execute the consumer brand strategy across the portfolio management structure.
•Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, supply chain, project management, production) to deliver operational elements on time and with excellence.
•Oversee commercialization and go-to-market planning with the commercial team, and communicate innovation strategies to senior leaders for buy-in and resources.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of marketing and/or brand-building success (equivalent RTD marketing experience considered in lieu of a degree).
•Spirits, beverage, or CPG industry experience.
•Experience in team management, brand management, consumer insights, and new product development.
•Ability to develop and execute long-term brand strategies and portfolios.
•Ability and willingness to travel 30% of the time, including some weekends.
