Job Summary

Lead business planning and growth initiatives across international markets in the CIS & Eastern Europe region. You will research opportunities, assess market entry strategies and partnerships, and develop project investment cases, feasibility studies, and due diligence. Provide financial analysis to support decision-making, monitor project performance using operational, financial, and commercial data, and prepare leadership reporting. Manage and coach junior team members while contributing to expansion and revenue-growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the development and execution of market research, business planning, and growth strategies across international markets.
•Identify and assess new business opportunities, including market entry strategies, partnerships, and structuring.

•Provide comprehensive financial analysis and monitor project performance using operational, financial, and commercial data.
•Supervise junior team members and contribute to business development and expansion strategies, reporting to leadership with presentations and memos.
