Breeder Field Representative

Oversee breeder farms and flocks as the company’s representative to contracted growers. Monitor house conditions and bird welfare, provide expert technical guidance on farm expectations, evaluate conditions against company and regulatory guidelines, and recommend resolutions with follow-up for compliance. Track flock performance data (weights, mortality, completion rates, egg production), monitor assigned flocks and vaccination programs, manage feed inventories and deliveries, and support safety initiatives to maintain a zero-accident culture.
