Key Responsibilities

•Perform paintless dent repair using advanced glue-pulling techniques and specialized methods.
•Repair hail damage, dents, repair creases and body lines, and handle larger-sized dents on vehicle panels.
•Work on steel and aluminum panels in Carvana inspection centers using state-of-the-art tools.
•Meet production and customer-delivery expectations in a fast-paced environment, including mandatory overtime when needed.
•Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment required for the work environment.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
•Use advanced glue-pulling techniques and perform hail repair, crease/body line repairs, and larger dent repairs on steel and aluminum panels.
•Lift up to 60 pounds independently and operate vehicle equipment and tools.
•Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Work safely using required protective equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, gloves, mask, non-slip shoes).
