Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary compensation subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the Head of Total Rewards and People leadership on pay strategy and emerging trends.
  • •Lead compensation programs and processes, including annual merit, promotion, and long-term incentive planning from budget through communications and system administration.
  • •Manage executive compensation, including offers to Senior Directors and above, acting allowances, retention agreements, and executive reviews/approvals.
  • •Direct annual merit/bonus/promotion cycles including budget development, guideline design, calibration support, and executive reporting.
  • •Champion AI adoption across compensation workflows, and ensure compensation operations comply with pay equity and pay transparency requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive compensation experience designing and administering short-term and long-term incentive plans.
  • •3+ years of people management experience leading compensation analysts or consultants.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotion) end-to-end at scale.
