Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute reliability qualification tests (e.g., MSL, TC, BHAST, RFHTOL) and interpret results to identify risk.
  • •Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations; drive containment and corrective/preventive actions with cross-functional teams.
  • •Develop reliability models (e.g., field return analysis, reliability growth) and track improvement over time.
  • •Define reliability requirements, test plans, sampling, and acceptance criteria for new products and changes.
  • •Partner with manufacturing and suppliers to improve process capability and reduce reliability escapes; document and communicate reliability status to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • •Experience in reliability engineering, product qualification, or failure analysis.
  • •Hands-on understanding of reliability test methods, statistics, and structured problem solving.
  • •Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • •Experience with reliability test equipment and failure analysis tools is preferred; experience with semiconductor, networking, or high-volume electronics products is a plus.
