Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert technical guidance to global, regional, and site-level facilities and manufacturing teams.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams to implement engineering solutions across procurement, finance, legal, and technology development.
  • •Develop, maintain, and standardize global electrical facilities engineering guidelines, specifications, and best-known methods (BKMs).
  • •Analyze electrical systems for performance improvements, cost savings, and reduced maintenance opportunities.
  • •Support large infrastructure projects with design reviews, scope validation, construction coordination, and lead programs for sustainability and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
  • •7 to 10 years of experience in the semiconductor and facilities-related industry.
  • •Technical expertise in facilities and semiconductor electrical systems, including high/medium/low voltage, critical and emergency backup, UPS, VFDs, lighting, and electrical distribution.
  • •Ability to travel internationally 25% on average, with up to 50% during critical project phases or site activities.
  • •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently; excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with proficiency in English.
