  • •Evaluate pitches, scripts, and packages from local writers, producers, and showrunners for creative strength and commercial viability.
  • •Provide creative notes on scripts, casting, and cuts to keep projects aligned with the original creative vision.

  • •Shepherd greenlit shows through production to delivery, partnering with Content Planning, Physical Production, Post/VFX, Marketing, and Publicity.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years managing long-form scripted film/series production or development at a production house, studio, network, or streamer.
  • •Proven track record evaluating scripts and creative packages and providing notes that improve outcomes.
  • •Experience running multiple productions concurrently across development, production, and delivery.
  • •Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • •BA/BS degree.
