Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day OT security operations across manufacturing facilities, monitoring OT security events and coordinating containment and remediation with BAU Security Operations.
  • •Administer and optimize OT security platforms (Claroty xDome, Claroty Secure Remote Access, Cylance Protect AV), including policy updates and security enhancements.
  • •Conduct periodic OT security risk assessments and report via Monthly OT Security Dashboards, Risk Assessment Reports, Risk Scorecards, and executive/CISO updates.
  • •Drive OT security governance and vendor management, including governance meetings, monthly/quarterly business reviews, and managing remediation progress and risk reduction initiatives.
  • •Own OT business continuity and cyber resilience by leading BCP initiatives, running resilience drills, supporting red/purple team exercises, and coordinating vulnerability remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12+ years of overall cybersecurity experience, including at least 5+ years hands-on OT security experience.
  • •Hands-on expertise with Claroty xDome, Claroty Secure Remote Access (SRA), and Cylance Protect antivirus (AV).
  • •Strong knowledge of OT/ICS cybersecurity technologies and securing ICS, SCADA, PLC, DCS, and manufacturing environments.
  • •Experience with OT incident response, threat analysis, and OT vulnerability management.
  • •Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), NIST SP 800-82, ISA/IEC 62443, and NIS2 Directive.
