Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate stakeholder workshops to uncover requirements and map current-state IAM processes, dependencies, and pain points.
  • •Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, producing business process flows and solution design diagrams.
  • •Own requirements traceability and validate functional requirements through testing and acceptance criteria to ensure solution integrity.
  • •Partner with technical architects and consultants during build to clarify needs, resolve variances, and advise on acceptance criteria.
  • •Support change management, user training documentation, and go-live hypercare, then facilitate customer/account hand-off after hypercare.
