Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide specialist technical support to internal technicians, engineers, and sales.
  • •Assist in resolving technical issues for field technicians on Honeywell-installed BMS software, firmware, and hardware.
  • •Act as an SME for BMS solution design during the Sales process.
  • •Deliver training programs to HBS staff and customers (consultants, specifiers, end users, and local authorities) on Honeywell technologies, regulatory updates, and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified in electrical/electronic engineering or a similar discipline.
  • •Over 5 years of experience in technical support and/or delivery.
  • •Extensive HBS BMS product experience is essential.
  • •Strong HVAC engineering and deployment experience, including software/PC programming experience.
  • •Tridium Certified Professional required.
