•Lead engagement with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and system challenges and translate them into IT-enabled solutions.
•Independently drive end-to-end business analysis activities across initiatives, including requirements gathering, documentation, validation, prioritisation, and traceability.
•Own design, testing, and rollout of system solutions, providing functional expertise across Finance modules to align with business processes and control requirements.
•Manage delivery of system enhancements and initiatives by proactively handling scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
•Coordinate activities in the IT Global Quarterly Release process, ensuring readiness, quality validation, impact assessment, and smooth deployment.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as a Senior Business Analyst, leading Oracle Finance implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives.
•Strong understanding of Finance business processes and experience analyzing processes to recommend practical improvements.
•Hands-on functional expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Finance modules (Purchasing, iProcurement, AP, AR, Cash Management, and General Ledger).
•Proven end-to-end requirements lifecycle management, including gathering, analysis, documentation, validation, prioritization, and traceability for complex initiatives.
•Experience in UAT planning and release readiness, plus delivering integrations between Oracle Financial modules and third-party systems.
