Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the review and disposition of non-conforming material, including documentation, risk assessment, and timely resolution.
  • •Lead and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), including root cause analysis, implementation, and effectiveness verification.
  • •Manage quality STOPS/SLAMS to contain risk and protect product quality.
  • •Conduct and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
  • •Track and report quality system metrics (nonconformance trends, CAPA effectiveness, audit performance) and ensure compliance with product/process specifications.
