Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions that will improve digital customer satisfaction.
•Oversee project execution; support activities including requirements gathering, testing prep and execution, defect triage, and hypercare.
•Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence for the digital customer experience IT portfolio.
•Support the eCommerce and Portal IT roadmap, ensuring stakeholder alignment on priorities and articulating clear justification and business benefit for prioritized scope.
•Be the focal for SLP Customer Experience and ISC teams to co-collaborate on key issues affecting customer interactions and end-to-end automation.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of strong project management skills, preferably in IT.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or related fields.
•Knowledge of Agile processes.
•Understanding of order management and supply chain processes.
•Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
