Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own a single technical approach across content, governance, publishing, experience delivery, measurement, and the content-to-experience and experience-to-insight handoffs.
  • •Set shared standards for API contracts, metadata/taxonomy, and data governance/security to prevent rework and data gaps.
  • •Lead architecture reviews and RFCs, acting as escalation point for cross-team problems (migrations, vendor consolidation, build vs. buy) and documenting decisions.
  • •Own end-to-end data traceability for tracing content, experience, and performance data from asset to results.
  • •Partner to design and deliver AI-enabled patient and HCP experiences, including reusable AI capabilities and production-ready integration with third-party platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of software and platform engineering experience, including designing systems across organizational boundaries.
  • •Track record of aligning multiple engineering roadmaps around shared data contracts and standards.
  • •Experience building and getting something approved and live in a regulated environment.
  • •Hands-on depth in applied AI, including how assistants and agents consume services and context (e.g., Model Context Protocol) plus evaluation, guardrails, and traceability.
  • •Ability to lead without positional authority and set direction for teams you don’t manage.
